Joe Dempsey has over 40 years of professional experience in the swimming pool and spa industry. He is President of Aquality Construction, an award-winning swimming pool construction company. Specializing in upscale and fully automated swimming pools, spas and water features. Joe and his knowledgeable team focus on energy smart technology by implementing the use of Automatic pool and spa covers, automatic cleaning systems and chemical controls through the use of ScreenLogic technology.

With decades of experience, Lori is responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. She oversees development and implementation of materials in the area of marketing, communications, and public relations. Lori also manages the company's website and social media efforts.

Joseph Dempsey was born and raised in Colorado and in the world of swimming pools and spas. In the early years he worked at Aquality Construction during the summers.  After graduation at Colorado State University, Joe spent a year to travel the world, from North America to Australia, to the top of Kilimanjaro in Africa and beyond. In 2013 Joe started back out in the field while continuing his education, focusing on Swimming Pool Design and Construction. Joe is now fully immersed in design, construction and sales. Joe has earned his International Watershape Institute certification as well as the title of Certified Advanced, Expert, and Master Pool Builder & Design Professional, a Certified Pool Operator certificate, Shotcrete Nozzleman certification. With all his hard work, these accomplishments add up to over 300 hours of continuing education!

Margaret joined the Aquality Construction family in 1994.  With a degree in Business Administration, and a recently acquired title of Enrolled Agent (EA) with the I.R.S., she keeps all facets of the business, behind the scenes running smoothly. Margaret is a native of Boulder, Colorado and has seen much growth in both Colorado and Aquality Construction over the decades and is a part of the core team to bring Aquality Construction to where it is today.

Erin was born in Florida, but didn’t stay long, her family moved to California to live on a sailboat, then on to Texas for a short time until they finally settled down in Colorado. Erin has a strong drive to excel that drove her to take on her first job at the tender age of 13 years old. Until recently she’s held two jobs at a time, while attending school.  After graduating high school, she attended Red Rocks Community College earning certificates in Phlebotomy, Medical Terminology and CPR. After a short internship, jobs where far and few, so she threw herself into high gear and took on two full time jobs again, working seven days a week and fourteen to eighteen hours daily.
Erin joined the Aquality Construction family in early 2020. As Administrative Assistant she is the one that keeps the office running smoothly. She arrives each day with a smile and determination. She says she’s learned a lot from her coworkers and her coworkers don’t know how they got along without her! She says she is looking forward to growing at Aquality Construction and learn everything swimming pools!
Now that she has more free time, Erin is able to spend more time with her friends, family and her best buddy, her dog Dezzi! Erin enjoys hiking, dancing and cooking. She plans to start traveling and seeing more of the world.

Adam is a Boulder, Colorado native. After graduating from the University of Colorado in 2012, Adam traveled the world for over a year. Shorty after returning to Colorado, Adam joined the Aquality Construction family in 2015. He has been a great addition to the team. Always striving for knowledge Adam has earned his Certified Building Professional (CBP) certificate. He enjoys learning new skills but excels when designing and installing swimming pool and spa equipment rooms, computer automation and automatic covers. Adam enjoys the crew that he works with and the opportunity to work outside, but family always comes first!

Micah was born in Iowa, moving to Northglenn, Colorado during his middle school years. Finding his passion early on, he started building swimming pools and spas right out of high school. Since Micah joined Aquality Construction in 2012, he has earned his Certified Building Professional (CBP), Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Certified Watershape Foreman (CWF), Certified Watershape Finish Specialist (CWFS), and his Certified Concrete Pump Operator certificates. Over the years he has learned every aspect of building swimming pools and spas, becoming an invaluable member of the Aquality Construction family. As Construction Manager, Micah oversees all field construction operations, but his best day is always plaster day! Micah loves his job, spending time with his family, the outdoors, and seeing a project completed.

Sean is a Colorado native, born and raised in the Denver area. He started in the swimming pool industry in 2010 and joined the Aquality Construction family in 2012. Dedicated to the understanding and evolution of swimming pool construction, Sean has earned his Certified Building Professional certificate as well as becoming one of the few pool construction focused Certified Shotcrete Nozzleman in Colorado. Sean enjoys sharing his skills and teaching as well as learning. He is motivated by success and always strives for 100% customer satisfaction. Sean loves working outside with his hands, the challenge of new projects and seeing a project being enjoyed by families. When not at work you can more than likely find him on the golf course or cooking/barbequing some truly delicious meats.

Parks is a Colorado native and graduate of the University of Colorado. He spent time after school traveling around the world. When he returned to Colorado he worked with Louisville Parks and Recreation and part time with Aquality Construction. In 2015 joining the team full time, he found that building pools offered more challenges and unique projects while allowing him to enjoy working outdoors most days. Parks takes great pride and satisfaction laying out and installing intricate pool & spa tile designs. Since then he has continued his education and has earned his Certified Building Professional (CBP) certificate. Parks enjoys seeing a project come together and takes great pride when projects he has been a part of receive international recognition.

Casey is a South Carolina native, where he attended USC Aiken before following his brother out to Colorado in 2016. Shortly after arriving in Colorado he was hired on at Aquality Construction. Casey enjoys working in the outdoors and is very enthusiastic about learning how to build swimming pools and spas. With this enthusiasm, he has earned his Certified Shotcrete Nozzleman certification. He has been an excellent addition to the Aquality Construction family. In his free time Casey is an avid Avalanche fan, enjoys playing soccer, hanging out with friends, and exploring the Colorado Front Range with his family.

As a Denver native, Levi grew up with a great love for family and the outdoors.  He enjoys fishing, snowboarding and hiking and says the mountains are where he feels most at peace. As a young man he played street hockey with his cousins and now is a hard core Avalanche fan. Levi learned several trades before joining the team at Aquality Construction. He has made great friends and has been a great addition to our team.  Levi loves that every project is unique and usually outside. He feels that being a member of the Aquality Construction family creates character and offers a great foundation for growth. He looks forward to learning everything pools!

Xavies was born and raised in a small town in Southern Illinois. Besides the beautiful scenery, better work opportunities brought him to Colorado in 2017. After graduating high school he went straight to work in the construction field. Moving into a variety of positions, he landed with Aquality Construction in early 2021. Everyone he works with enjoys his hard working ‘get it done’ attitude, making him a fantastic addition to the Aquality Construction family! When Xavies is not at work he enjoys basketball, all kinds of music, video games and spending time with his family... especially his Pitt-Bull named Bane.

Trevor is a Colorado native born and raised in Thornton. He was raised with a love for sports and being outdoors. When he isn’t watching the Broncos play, some of his favorite pastimes include fishing, hiking, and gardening. As of recently, he spends most of his free time with his wife and kids at their little league games. With soccer, gymnastics, baseball, and football, Trevor tends to keep pretty busy when he isn’t working hard at Aquality. Part of that hard work was earning a Concrete Pump Operator certification. He has a consistently positive attitude that makes him a joy for all he works with!

Tyler was born in Colorado Springs but soon moved up North to Longmont. Once graduated from high school, he decided to try branching out by moving to Kentucky. After a year of being homesick, moving back to Colorado seemed to be his best option. He worked at a few odd jobs for a couple of years before landing in the Aquality Construction family in the Fall of 2021. He has proved himself to be a real hard worker and hasn't stopped since he started. In his spare time, Tyler enjoys fixing up older cars, watching/playing hockey, and going to concerts. His favorite pastime is spending time with his wife and son going hiking and camping, sometimes their dog Koda tags along as well.

Thomas was born in Monrovia, Liberia before moving to New York at the young age of 4. He lived there until he eventually graduated high school and started college. Thomas stayed in college until 2001 when he joined the Navy. Serving for a total of 8 years, he decided it was time for a change. True to change, he moved from New York to Florida and split his time working in hospitality between Miami and London. He joined the Aquality Construction family in early 2022 and has taken pride in learning this complicated trade. When Thomas isn’t at work, he is an avid reader, enjoys making soap and candles, boxing, doing anything outdoors, and hanging out with his dog Noah.

Anthony grew up in Cleveland Ohio and is an avid, die-hard Cleveland Browns fan, as are all true Clevelanders! He is loving Colorado but weary of hearing about “The Drive”… While in Ohio he worked in his family's business, learning every aspect of running the family restaurant, from managing the bar, to cooking and serving the guests. In 2018 Anthony felt that he was ready for a life change. He was very excited to make the move to Colorado and for the opportunity to work for Aquality Construction.  Anthony enjoys working in the outdoors, the change of scenery from one project to the next and best of all he feels like he‘s joined a family, working at Aquality Construction.
In Anthony’s free time he loves to cook, play disc golf and catching up with friends and family.

Tyler is a Nebraska native, raised in Colorado. Throughout high-school and prior to college he worked summer camps and after-school clubs focusing on technology and engineering. Tyler attended Front Range Community College with an emphasis in environmental science. He has always had an interest in chemistry and similar sciences making him a valuable asset to our Swimming pool technician team. He is a hard-working young man, always eager to learn new things and hone his skills. In his free time, Tyler enjoys spending time camping and hiking with friends and family...basically the beautiful Colorado outdoors is Tyler's happy place.

Brandon was born in Greeley. He lived there for the next 8 years before moving to Longmont. He graduated high school in 2019 and shortly after started working on cars in a shop. Setting out for bigger and better things, Brandon applied with and got hired on with the Aquality team in early 2022. Starting out in construction, he soon realized that our maintenance department was the better fit for him. Since switching over he’s become a vital part in our day-to-day maintenance routine. In his free time, Brandon enjoys listening to all types of music, fish keeping, playing with his two dogs (Rio and Paco), and working on cars recreationally.

Paul was born in Hawaii to a military family. He moved all around the United States before ending up in Japan during his high school years. Once he graduated high school, he moved back to Hawaii and enlisted in the Navy. After serving in the Navy for 4 years he wanted a change, so Paul came to Colorado in 2008 and enrolled in Denver Automotive & Diesel College where he earned his degree in auto & diesel mechanics. Joining the Aquality team in early 2022, Paul has been one of the most hardworking members at Aquality Construction! When he isn’t working, Paul spends his time camping and fishing with his kids, or working on cars.

Santo was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. After graduating high school he went on to college earning a degree in illustration as well as a certificate in 3D design. Once finished with school, he decided it was time for a road trip. Traveling from New York all the way to California before heading home. During that time he worked at an auto parts manufacturer and a delivery driver. Looking for another change in scenery, Santo moved out to Colorado in 2023 and quickly became part of the Aquality Construction family. His laid back, positive attitude turns any workday into a good day. When he isn’t focused on any and all things pool/spa related Santo can be found on stage playing his guitars and singing the night away at local jam-band nights.

Lola has been putting smiles on faces around Aquality Construction for 7 years. She comes in every Tuesday and Thursday to make sure everyone heads to their jobsites happy. When she isn’t making her rounds to say hello to everyone at the office, Lola likes to go on walks with her mom and dad, chase after any small animal in sight, munch on her dog cookies, and take long naps pretty much anywhere she can.

Benji is new to the Aquality Construction family but has so much enthusiasm for his new role. He makes sure to say hello to everyone he sees and will even follow them around a bit to make sure they get where they need to go. When he’s not working his tail to the bone, Benji likes to chew on everything, tumble around, take naps, and cuddle with his mom and dad.

Dezzi started at Aquality Construction in early 2023 and quickly adjusted to her new role. Every Friday she comes in with a toy in her mouth howling/snorting at people to have a great day. When she’s not snorting around work getting endless pets, Dezzi enjoys long car rides, running with her mom, chewing on rubber ducks, and burrowing her head in blankets to nap.
